Matric / Class 10th result is collected from different Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education /BISE including Lahore Board Federal Board Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Dera Gazi Khan, Multan, Gujranwala, Bahawalpur, Faisalabad, Sargodha, Peshawar, Swat, Kohat, Malakand, Abbottabad, Mardan, Bannu, Karachi, Sukkur, Hyderabad, Aga Khan, Larkana, Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board Muzaffarabad AJK, Punjab Board of Technical Education, NWFP Board of Technical Education, Sindh Board of Technical Education etc. Usually SSC part 1/2 (i/ii) result is announced in the month of June and July.

This year Matric exams 2012 of Punjab Educational boards were held in March and the result would be declared in July or in start of August. All Punjab boards announce their matric annual results on the same day. Total eight educational boards are working in Punjab at present time.
